At Spring Step Men, every pair is crafted with care and designed to be worn with confidence. If your selection isn’t quite right, we are happy to assist.
Returns
Items may be returned within 30 days of delivery provided they are unworn and in original condition, including the original shoe box and packaging.
Returns can be initiated through our online return portal, where you may generate a prepaid FedEx return label.
Once your return is received and approved:
- Refunds are issued to the original form of payment
- Returns are processed within 7 business days
- A $7 return shipping fee will be deducted if the prepaid return label is used
Please allow one billing cycle for the refund to appear on your statement.
Return Guidelines
To ensure your return is accepted:
- Shoes must be unworn
- All original packaging and tags must be included
- The shoe box must be placed inside protective shipping packaging
If the shoe box is missing or used as the shipping container, a $10 handling fee will be deducted from the refund.

Returns are accepted only for purchases made directly through SpringStepMen.com. Items purchased from authorized retailers must be returned through the original retailer.
Shipping Protection
At checkout, customers may choose Free Returns & Shipping Protection.
This optional coverage provides:
- A complimentary return shipping label
- Protection against lost, stolen, or damaged shipments
If this protection is not selected, a $7 return shipping fee will apply when using the prepaid return label.
Product Warranty
Spring Step Men footwear is covered by a six-month warranty against manufacturing defects under normal use.
If you experience a product issue within this period, please contact our customer care team with proof of purchase and photos of the concern.
