Free Shipping
SpringStepMen.com offers FREE FedEx Ground shipping on orders over $75 within the contiguous United States.
This service is available for:
- All 48 contiguous states
- P.O. Boxes
- Military APO/FPO addresses
When entering your shipping address during checkout, please indicate if the destination is a P.O. Box, APO, or FPO address.
Please allow additional time for deliveries to P.O. Box and military addresses.
$7.95 Ground Shipping
Orders under $75 ship via FedEx Ground for a flat rate of $7.95.
This option is available for:
- All 48 contiguous states
- P.O. Boxes
- Military APO/FPO addresses
If an order contains items shipping from multiple warehouses, multiple shipping charges may apply depending on fulfillment location.
Expedited Shipping
Expedited shipping options are available via FedEx services and will appear at checkout when applicable.
Total delivery time consists of:
Processing Time:
Typically 1–5 business days for order preparation and packing.
Shipping Time:
Carrier transit time from our warehouse to your delivery address.
Please note that expedited shipping fees are non-refundable once an order has shipped.
Same-Day Shipping
Orders placed before 12:00 PM EST, Monday through Friday (excluding holidays) may qualify for same-day shipment, depending on item availability.
Orders placed after the cutoff time will ship the following business day.
Package Protection
SpringStepMen.com offers Shipping Protection at checkout to safeguard your order.
What Shipping Protection Covers
- Lost packages
- Stolen packages
- Damaged shipments
When shipping protection is selected, customers can easily file a claim if an issue occurs.
If shipping protection is not purchased, Spring Step Shoes cannot be held responsible for packages confirmed as delivered by the carrier.
Reporting Lost or Stolen Packages
If your package shows as delivered but cannot be located, please allow up to 5 days before reporting the issue.
Recommended steps include:
- Checking with neighbors
- Looking around entryways, garages, or mail areas
- Contacting the carrier directly using your tracking number
If shipping protection was purchased, please contact customer care within 10 days of the delivery date to begin a claim.

Order Tracking
When placing an order, you will receive two confirmation emails:
Order Confirmation
Sent shortly after your purchase confirming that your order has been received.
Shipment Confirmation
Sent once your order ships, including your FedEx tracking number.
You can track your shipment by:
- Clicking the tracking link in your shipment confirmation email
- Entering your tracking number at the FedEx tracking page

Shipping Holidays
Carriers do not pick up or deliver packages on certain holidays. Additionally, shipping volumes during peak seasons may cause temporary delays. Orders placed near these dates may require additional transit time.
